The SKL (SKULL)
Is Mammoth Overland’s latest design concept that incorporates fundamental mammoth trailer features in a new way, We recognize not everyone has the space to store a trailer or perhaps it’s just not what you are looking for. So what did the team do? We decided to take a leap into the rooftop world and see how we could reimagine it, the Mammoth way.
Room to spread
Mammoth trailers are known for their large cabin space that make for a comfortable experience as you explore. The SKL is not any different. Equipped with a King size mattress in length and an interior width between and queen and full-size bed. Easily and comfortable able to sleep two adults.
Mammoth Construction
Sticking with what we know, the Mammoth engineers relied on their aerospace background as they developed this camper concept. All aluminum construction riveted together in monocoque style. Sandwiched between the outer and inner-skin is a R5 value insulation allowing you to camp in 4 seasons.
Mammoth Features
The SKL Camper also features classic Mammoth staples such as a battery bank (two solid-state Renogy 104Ah lithium-ion packs) that powers an electric fan that allows for airflow and of course LED interior lighting, another Mammoth staple. SKL is equipped with a roof rack ready to accommodate other essentials for when you hit the trails. Of course it wouldn’t be an Mammoth design without the iconic porthole windows. Lined with windows for ambient lighting this camper is a new experience in the roof top world.

The SKL is still in the prototype stages with lots of room for change as we lock in the design. No timeline has been determined and no pricing has been set.
